At Yuvanjewels, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our policy for refunds, returns, and exchanges below:

Timeframe for Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

  • You have 4 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or store credit if you are dissatisfied with the product for reasons such as size, look, or feel.

  • If your product is damaged (e.g., broken parts, major scratches, decoloration, or if it’s unusable), you must notify us within 1 day of receiving the product. 

Product Condition Requirements

  • Category A: Products must be in perfect condition, unused, and returned in their original packaging along with all complimentary items (e.g., freebies) to be eligible for an exchange or wallet credit.

  • Category B: If the product is damaged, it must be returned with clear evidence of the damage, along with all complimentary items. 

Refund and Exchange Terms

Category A (Dissatisfaction):

  • Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction. You may exchange the product for another item or opt for a store credit, which will be added to your wallet. Any reduction in the market gold rate and shipping charges will be deducted from the wallet credit.

Category B (Damaged Products):

  • If the product is confirmed to be damaged, you can request a full refund. Alternatively, you can choose to exchange the product, and as a token of goodwill, you will receive a small gift with your exchange.

  • If the damage claim is not valid, the product will fall under Category A rules.

  • Any refunds take a maximum of 7 business days to be completed and will be done via RTGS to the account.

     

Non-Returnable Items

Gold Coins: These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return/Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at +91 7417338384 within the applicable timeframe. We will arrange for a shipping executive to collect the product from you.

Shipping for Returns

A shipping executive will be dispatched to collect the product at no additional cost to you.

Custom or Personalized Products

Category A: Custom or personalised items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Category B: If a personalised product is damaged, you can exchange it for the same product. No refunds or returns will be processed for custom items.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeframe:

  • Standard and Custom Orders: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.

Order Status & Cancellation Restrictions:

  • General Orders: Cancellations are allowed only within the 24-hour window or prior to dispatch.
  • Custom Orders: Can be cancelled at the design stage if the customer is dissatisfied with the final design; however, a refund will not be provided. The advance amount may be applied toward another order, with the rate fixed for the initially booked weight.

Cancellation Fees:

  • Customers are charged for rate differences that may apply. No other cancellation fee applies if the request is made within the stipulated timeframe. Once the logistics process begins, cancellations are not accepted, and the return/refund policy will apply instead.

Refunds:

  • Upon Cancellation: No full refund is issued; customers are charged for wastage and any rate differences that may apply.

Cancellations Due to Stock or Technical Issues:

  • If the order cannot be fulfilled due to stock shortages or technical errors, a full refund will be offered ONCE. Alternatively, customers may opt for a different product or choose from other available options.
